CMF Board Nomination Form

CMF Board Nomination Process

Thank you for completing a nomination form for the CMF Board of Trustees! Welcoming candidate recommendations from our membership in an open, year-round process helps the CMF board of trustees meet its commitment to diversity, inclusion and putting equity at the center of our work.

Nominations are reviewed periodically throughout the year. Additionally, a formal call for nominations is shared with the CMF membership each spring. Following review by the Governance Committee, a slate of final nominees is presented to the full CMF membership during the Annual Members Meeting hosted during the CMF Annual Conference.
A copy of your form will be sent to the email address you provide. Because the list of nominees is maintained and referenced over multiple years, it is never necessary to re-submit a nomination.

Should we have any questions or wish to discuss this nomination, the CMF team will contact you. If you have any questions, please contact Sue Cuddington, Executive Assistant to the CEO, at scuddington@michiganfoundations.org.

Please note: To submit your nomination, you must use the same email address that you use to login to CMF website. Failure to do so may cause your submission to be rejected if your email does not match our records.
